Hi I’ve just had a smart meter fitted and downloaded the app, but when I try and top up the screen goes blank and on main screen says something went wrong, it’s nearly 8.30pm and no one to phone, it says I have till next day to top up but at work again at 4am, can app be fixed if I call tomorrow without me being at home
Appreciate this is an old thread however I just wanted to help if this happened again. You can contact us via social media 24/7 we also have an out of hours number that you can call if you ever had an emergency.
Just call 0808 501 5088 and the automated line will advise the correct out of hours number to call

I think you have no choice but to try. You can expect to be on hold for a while but someone reported today that they phoned at 9am and got through in minutes.

I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
