Does anyone know how customers who pay by monthly variable direct debit will receive the £67 instalments. This isn't covered in the how do I receive my payment list, and no deduction or credit is showing on my account. (I've tried ringing them but they do not know)

Thanks for the info. It's good to know! I've just spent over 2 hours in a queue on the phone to them, only to be told by the so-called energy specialist he did not know how variable DD customers will receive the £67. Why am I not surprised!
