Hi everyone, I have an EDMI ES10-B smart meter (pic attached) which was installed in early 2021 with Eon. I recently checked my account to ensure that readings were going in for the 01/10 changes. It was flagged that a reading had not or couldn’t be taken for 181 days and request for a manual reading to be sent. In trying to take a manual reading I cannot find anyway to get the low/night reading to display (and I’m in a dual tarrif, the IHD shows the change over in rates) just one meter reading is showing (which I’m assuming is the high/day rate on the meter and the IHD-Any thoughts? Previously both day and night rates were auto updating to Eon. Thanks
Please can you tell me what the SW, WAN, MESH, HAN and GAS lights are doing.
Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...

Thanks for looking at this, much appreciated. I tried to upload a short video showing the flashing lights but it won’t recognise the format off my iPhone for some reason. WAN seems to be flashing every second, with SW HAN and GAS flashing simultaneously every 7 secs or so. MESH was not flashing in the time I was watching (several mins).
Having looked at several other threads I wonder if moving to eon next was the start of the no auto readings and I’ve gone onto a single tarrif rate - although it seems odd that the IHD shows the time of the tarrif switchover and our eon next account shows us on a dual rate. Photo attached of the IHD from this am.
