The first post in this thread says it will be in the first week for prepayment meters. It is the very first payment of a brand new scheme so I’m afraid some patience is needed.
Also please see my follow-up post later in the thread for more info on payment times.

Reason: Added last bit.
For smart prepayment the time scale is 5 working days. For traditional prepayment the vouchers should be received within 11 working days. The supplier needs to issue funds to the voucher providers within 3 days.
That’s as I read it but I typed that from memory. See section 5.39 and 5.48 in the government document in the link…
@GSimpson Good question! I don't see why not.. I know I'm a smart Pay as you go so mine went straight onto the electric but I'd imagine that with a voucher you can choose to split it, it's an excellent question, leave it with me and I'll get back to you and pop out a post as I'm sure there will be others with the same questions 😊
Edit...
I've clarified this and you can split the voucher and anyone on Smart Pay you go if you have a duel fuel account it will be split 50/50 automatically @GSimpson 🙂

My variable direct debit was taken on Monday 3/10/22, at the full amount with no sign of any £66 deduction. I've just checked my electricity account, and there is no credit of £66 either. Can you tell me when I am likely to receive it?
@Tommysgirl
The problem is that various E.on staff do not fully understand how the £67 deduction actually works. Different members of staff will tell you different tales.
@Tommysgirl I'm sorry to hear that it's not been applied yet, we're still in the process of credited the payments to the account which should start showing on the account in the next few days and certainly by the end of the month. As this is account specific you could always get in touch with one of our Digi Energy Specialist who will be able to look at your account for you if this may help 😊

Hi,
I pay my electricity bill on receipt of Bill by credit card. The FAQ states that the rebate will be applied to account
during first week of each month for customers such as myself. So far I am seeing no sign of it been applied to my
account when I look online. Is this on track to be applied this week for people who pay on receipt of bill like me ?
@DHadlington Welcome to the Community! Please don't worry there is nothing different for our customers that pay on receipt of bill customers and regular cash payment customers you will see the money automatically applied as a credit to your energy accounts in the first week of each month. This will show as a credit in the payments section of their monthly bill.
Please bear in mind that we are still in the process of updating all the payments so they will be applied as soon as possible for all our customers, we're hoping by the end of the week 😊
paying by DD saves the average customer £215 per year ( about 8.6%). But it’s your choice, but not one I would take.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
