please be more specific. Are you looking at the actual meter or the in house display ? Is your home dual fuel or just electricity. Was everything working as it should before this change?
if I assume you are talking about the in house display, can you check your account online to see if readings are still getting lodged.
Current Eon Next and EDF customer, ex Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
