Sorry, I’m a bit confused. You say you’ve just looked at your account and your DD is £24 then you finish by saying it is £100. At what point did you increase your DD and did you do it online or by contacting customer service?
If you mean you had EXPECTED the £91 DD to reduce to £24 but then having increased it from £91 to £100 it hasn’t reduced to £33 then perhaps your account just hasn’t updated yet and maybe you just need to wait another day or two.
If however, your DD had ALREADY been reduced to £24 and THEN you increased it to £100, then that’s where it will stay, so the total payment to your account will be £167. The £67 reduction had already been applied to the £91 so would not be applied again to the £100. In this case you will have to contact customer service to reduce it again as I don’t think you will be able to reduce it to below £90 on line.
If neither of my assumptions in the two scenarios are correct then please get back to us with clarification.
P.S. I’m posting this from my phone and don’t know how to make words bold, so where I have used upper case letters I’m not shouting, just emphasising.
