We found a couple of gremlins in the system when applying the new prices including the government Energy Grant, but our tech team have been quick to work and you should see the updated prices on your account soon.
EDIT: Please note, we're aware of the issues you're seeing, where your prices aren't showing the new government EPG rates on your online account. Please be assured, you will be billed correctly on the new EPG rates on your account as of Oct 1st onward, and your prices will be updated as soon as we can fix these issues.

TBH I'm surprised that it is the Standard Variable Tariff that is causing issues. I can only imagine what gremlins are still lurking for those on fixed tariffs. Mine has disappeared altogether from my account. At least my bill for the period Sept 1st-30th was generated without issue today, although I took the precaution of submitting a customer read yesterday rather than relying on a smart read to be pulled.
I can't give a timescale I'm afraid but I'll update you when it is fixed. They are still working on this and I believe there is a little banner letting you know they're working on it within your account 😊
Hi, my prices now look correct but my DD hasn’t changed at all. You’re still asking me for £480 a month but would expect it to be less as the EPG has reduced my unit price. Will DDs be updated to reflect the lower costs?

I would have expected your DD to have at least been reduced by the £67 government help by now. Mine has not been reduced beyond that £67 so I will be requesting it gets lowered if there’s no change in the next couple of weeks.
@DiscoDrew Hi there 👋 Welcome to the Community. So sorry for any confusion in regards to the help with energy costs scheme, the deduction will be from your Direct Debit.
So for example we normally take 200.00 from you pcm. With the energy scheme we will only take 134.00 (66.00 reduction). The 66.00 will be applied to your account which will bring it back to 200.00 for you. I hope that this makes sense! 😊

I can see the £66 discount. So yes that’s been applied, but despite the unit cost being reduced EoN still think £480 is the correct amount I should be paying. Exactly the same amount I was paying at the higher rate (minus £66). It’s as though the unit cost reduction has had no effect. If I had 10 apples at a pound each, and then I said they’re half price today so that’s still £10, you’d suggest I can’t count.
