My total on my electric smart meter is getting low and I can't top up because I can't log in, panicking now because I need to sleep with a ventilator running and I have an oxygen concentrator. I can't leave the house because I am limited as to how far I can walk.
Does anyone know how long this website might be out of action please?
@Pandamanyou shouldn’t be in prepayment with your condition. No alternative in the short term to contacting customer services but longer term you should demand a credit meter.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
