I have a dual rate tariff (Day/Night).
My smart meter stopped working yesterday morning (30th September) in the early hours.
So I went to the actual meter itself and it seemed to be showing no reading at all for the daytime.
Has anyone else experienced this sort of problem?

I’m having the same issues.
only noticed on 1/10 that my electricity meter reading hasn’t changed since 1/9!
My smart meter will not give me any info regarding electricity usage, only gas and hasn’t done since August!
I’ve had advice on how to resolve this issue but none of the advice has worked.

I am in the same situation. My smart meter shows reading for Gas but not Electric.
I have turned the smart meter off/on and moved it closer to the meter but no difference.
I could do with seeing photos of all meters and your In-Home Displays. :)
I'll need to see those to help with offering diagnostics. I won't be able to advise otherwise.

I’ve just spoken to a lovely lady from Eon Next.
Because my electricity meter reading hasn’t changed in over a month she’s arranged for an engineer to come out. Not for a few weeks though.
They initially thought it was an issue with my smart meter but, having reset it etc etc it was still only giving readings for gas.
it may be worth checking your current and previous gas meter readings. It could be a problem with your gas meter.
