Hi there,
I have a SMETS1 meter, but it’s never shown the tariff details on the IHD, is there any way for this to be fixed? Want to clarify: this isn’t to do with the Oct 1st tariff changes, it has never shown the tariff details.

@theunknowntech normally deals with smart meter queries. If you can post photos of meter(s), comms hub and IHD then that normally helps with diagnosis. Even if not required this time you would at least have some photos on here to refer to if you have any future issues. A description of what the lights (HAN,WAN etc) on the comms hub are doing sometimes helps too.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.

Excellent. Can you describe what the lights are doing, ie. which are on or off or flashing and at what rate? This also may help @theunknowntech with diagnosis.
The electric meter appears to be dead. Please report this so a faulty meter exchange can be arranged.
