Just moved back to UK and trying to move into a house but need to sort out my electricity supply out first. House had an EON supply but can't get through on the phones - several calls never answered; WhatsApp message only responded to by a Bot not understanding my questions; and have had no response to my Emails. What on earth do I do?
I appreciate Customer Service may be busy with the price changes, but come on.... It would seem E.ON don't want any new customers. Has anyone any suggestions?
Not helped by the fact that other suppliers will not make a quote or talk to me as I am not an existing customer...

I'm really sorry but it seems everyone is having problems contacting customer service right now and I can think of no other suggestion other than to keep trying.
It's a nightmare.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
Hi you could try posting a review on Trust Pilot if it’s not too favourable someone from Eon Next usually pick up on it and ask for your account details and contact info then phone you within 24 hours.
