This is a customer-to-customer forum with minimal input from Eon Next staff, at present at least. The best I can suggest is to post photos of your meter, comms hub and IHD and a description of what the lights on the comms hub are doing and hopefully our volunteer smart meter expert @theunknowntech will see this tag and respond with some advice.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
I have attached few photos of the Hub, smart meter and the IHD.
Basically the IHD is showing the usage but EON is not getting the data since August. On the hub, both the WAN and HAN were flashing together every few seconds.

The most likely cause of this issue has been identified, based on the information in my database, I can recommend the following solution:
Try asking customer service to update the read schedules for both meters and pull an instant reading for them
If the recommended solution fails to fix your issue, please respond to this thread. I am programmed to run on a scheduled basis and your reply will be handled as per my configured schedules.
