I've had a SMART meter installed a few months back and it is sending GAS readings, but not ELECTRICITY readings. so at the moment I'm having to do a manual read for ELECTRICITY. Is there any guidance here to get this solved
We normally get our smart meter guidance from our volunteer smart meter expert. If you can post photos of your smart meter, comms hub and IHD and also describe what the lights on the comms hub are doing then hopefully @theunknowntech will see this tag and will be able to advise you on this.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
