I got a message on my ihd to say the gas price had changed to 3 pence per kwh ( I wish that was true). I have tried the usual of switching on and off but nothing changed. I had problems with gas smart meter readings before but was helped on here to sort them out. Please help again. Janeta
You could try customer service but that might mean a long wait. There has been almost no input from Eon Next staff on here for days now so you probably won't get a response there either. The best I can suggest is to summon the help of @theunknowntech who just might have some ideas.
Photos of the meters, comms hub and IHD normally help as does a description of what the lights (ie. HAN, WAN etc.) on the comms hub are doing.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
