We have just had a new ivie bud delivered as our old IHD stopped working some time ago . Have set it up as shown and it's all connected, showing power usage and spend. The spend is totally wrong and looking at the tariff displayed its incorrect. Spoke to Eon Next via twitter yesterday but they are not able to update the tariff on the meter, is there another way to sort this out?
I am sure our old IHD showed the day and night meter readings but the bud only shows the cumulative reading. Should it display both or is that a lack of features on the bud?
The meter shows day, night and cumulative so I guess it's switching to economy 7 over night.
If your tariff is expected to change on 1st October then you may be best to wait until after that date otherwise you may have to go through it all again.
@theunknowntech may be able to advise on the ivie bud but may require some photos of your meters and comms hub.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
It really should be a simple case of the SMETS Command Update Tariff Configuration! This has been done by ALL suppliers millions of times, so there's no excuses for not attempting it.

It's probably best to do that at this point. For now, I won't be recommending anyone requests a tariff update for the next two or three weeks based off of previous chats I've had with Pete and for very obvious reasons. If Pete was to do it now, it won't be long before it has to be run again anyway.
