Afternoon! So I did that, and they got back to say that they'd re-linked my gas meter to my account and that it should start working after a couple of hours. Several hours later and a couple of power-cycles later on the IHD, it completely dropped the gas supply and wouldn't even show it as £0.00 usage. Next morning, power-cycled again and shows gas at £0.00 still, and no closer to being fixed. Have re-contacted customer services to ask that this is looked into again, but anything else you'd suggest it could be?

Not even getting a response from Customer Support via WhatsApp now, been over a week. Are any of them on here to assist?

@SilverFox89 i have the same issue and they respond me on WhatsApp it's problem related with communication between smart meter and supliler and can only be fixed by DCC. Eon next costumers service don't care for it's because DCC is third party company and Eon next just flush us with water. They closed my complaint related to this issue without resolve issue because how they explain they nothing can do. Greedy thieves only know how ripping us off and don't care for nothing.😡
