Hi, I don't know what else to do, as I topped up my electric 2 days ago and it still hasn't gone onto my account yet.

If in the future you have this you can give us a call, even out of hours and we will ensure this is dealt with as fast as possible.

This is stressful for you. It's not that they don't care as such, it's due to them being inundated with calls due to the changes coming on 1st October. When you get through I'm sure it will be sorted. You should get some response to the messages you have left with them. This is a customer to customer forum but sometimes there are staff around who can assist where they can. In the meantime I think you should persevere with any method of contact you can by means suggested hereI'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
