@JoeSoap & @meldrewreborn - Light-hearted is good. I'm not sure we should call E.ON Next, E.ON Next as Next never seems to happen. I think we should call it E.ON Maybe, E.ON Perhaps, E.ON But Not As You Know It - I'm sure you'd have a better name for it...
@JoeSoap Oh dear... what a pity - laughter strengthens your immune system, boosts mood, diminishes pain, and protects you from the damaging effects of stress. If you can't laugh about something, it's a bit sad. I would love E.ON to sort out my mess, but until they do (and there is no sign that they have done anything about it yet), it's far better to be light-hearted about it than to keep stressing about it.
To be honest it’s quite a slog on here at present and I’m tying myself in knots trying to reply to people’s concerns.
There is almost no input from Eon Next staff at present but then this is a customer forum so why should there be? There is information about the EPG and EBSS out there from Eon Next that can be easily found by simple searches.
I feel I’m getting grief from some quarters for trying to help so I think I’ll have break today and chill out.
