Just to be sure, am I correct in thinking that the daily cost of your energy is showing on your IHD and you can select to see your cost over the previous days, weeks and months?
And can I also check that you cannot see any current meter reading?
If so, have you ever been able to see meter readings?
If not then maybe it’s just a case of finding your way through the menus.
@theunknowntech may be able to help here so if you are able to post a photo of your IHD here then it will be of assistance.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
@JoeSoapyes I can see what I've used and the cost daily and weekiy and monthly so just add this up and pay this no I don't see meter readings there is no option on the IHD but saying that it was installed 14 July thay say it takes some weeks to sort out the reason I need readings is I'm disabled and cannot physically get under stairs we're the meters are it's just that my old IHD told me everything I needed all I get I waiting for supplier
Contact customer services and demand to be put on the priority services register and also demand that they send a meter reader to read you meter regularly until the meter operates properly in every required respect.
It’s admirable what you are doing but you shouldn’t have to add up what you see on your IHD to know what to pay to Eon Next. Smart meters should be sending the readings and you should be paying what you are billed.
As @meldrewreborn has said, you need to contact customer service by any means listed in the following post…
