Hi there. I've just joined the community today.
I am wanting to make a payment of £1,000.00 to my Eon Next account. However, it says I can only pay up to £700 or so. The reason I want to pay this money in is to lower my direct debit bill to roughly what it was back in the spring. Is there any way I can make this payment of £1000 (as it won't allow me to make this size of payment)? Regards, Alan
Try doing it in smaller payments. If the entire amount still won't go through, it might be because you have too much credit after the payment.
