Since the new meters were installed, they have NEVER provided EON Next with meter readings, I have to do that manually each month.
I contacted EON Next today, for the fourth time since the meters were installed only to be told it is a massive issue with thousands of customers affected and that EON Next cannot do anything about it, I will just have to wait until the issue is fixed.
On previous calls I have been told:
- I will have to wait 8 weeks for the meters to connect
- It has been referred to our smart meter team
- It has been referred to our smart meter team again
Is anybody else having this issue or am I just being given the run-around?
