Hi. Apologies if this has been asked before. But I’ve just logged into my account and my last annual statement was April 2021. Where is this years ?
I’m on eon flex. With a prepay electric old style key meter. I requested to change from day/night to single rate back in April. Which was done. So I was told. But I received an email a few weeks ago to say I’d still been paying old prices still. But they won’t backdate and charge me the difference. Pretty sure my meter was displaying the correct amount though when I looked at it back in April.
I’m not familiar with prepayment meters and accounts but systems seem to be much more basic than I’d expect. Eon next is more than 2 years old now and one of the largest energy suppliers so it should be able to deliver proper information to its customers.
so how about a statement to tell us what is being done to help prepayment customers manage their accounts better @Beki_EONNext ?
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
