I’m not sure if that’s a smart meter (probably not as you’re submitting readings) or whether that matters or not. In any case @theunknowntech may be able to advise.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
Sorry for the wait! That is a very, very, very dead non-smart meter. It seems to have fried itself and will definitely need to be replaced.
It's also out of certification due a to a rule violation: Meter is 22 years old.
