New tariff

    Hi my smart meter is still showing my old fixed rate which is great but I don’t want an even bigger bill in a couple of months when they catch up any idea how to solve this thanks

    Welcome to the ever expanding club of disgruntled customers.. As this has just happened to me, get onto the agents on social media and ask them to sort the meter issue out. I hope you have better luck than I did with twitter !!

    Failing that kik up a stink on this forum and one of the moderators will sort it for you.

    @Ingo1972 Anasa here 👋 Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry to hear that your IHD is still showing your old fixed rate, don't worry you'll be charged on your new rate it's just a case of updating your IHD, I've done a tariff update for you but if you do still have issues you'll need to contact one of our Energy Specialist via any of our Social Media platforms, we're a little busier than usual so you may have to wait a bit longer than expected.
    @Silverfox I'm sorry to hear that you didn't have much luck with Twitter.
