@theunknowntech Do you think I should just give up on my electric smart meter? I was going to give it one more go at trying to get it sorted before I buy a clamp on or led monitor type.

The smart metering team are aware of some known issues with smart meters not communicating and are working on getting these resolved. We don't have an exact time frame for this, but if you could send us your meter readings each month then we can make sure you are being billed for your usage each month.
Once they are able to get the smart meter communicating again, we will begin to pull readings automatically and we won't need you to send us the readings any longer.

Our smart metering team will be sending off instructions to try and get the meters reconnected. I have tried to do this on my end, but it isn't something I was able to reconnect. The smart metering team specialists have been made aware of your account, and will be working in the background to try and get them reconnected for you
As I mentioned above, if you could send us your meter readings each month then that would be great so we can continue to get you billed each month 🙂.
