On pay on receipt of bill the Gas standing charge is 17.7% higher. Electricity standing charge is between 12.1% and 16.1 % higher depending on region. Unit rates for both fuels are at least 5.3% higher. The average OFGEM dual fuel customer will pay an additional £215 per annum

Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
The tariff charges are what you pay per unit. The more you use, the more you are billed. The DD is just your projected annual usage divided by twelve to get a monthly sum. It is always subject to change.
More urgently something needs the attention of an Admin. I just saw @Anasa_EONNext on so maybe it can be dealt with quickly.
Edit… My previous paragraph referred to the personal details on the opening post. I was unsure of the best way to deal with it but @meldrewreborn dealt with it correctly.

I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
I find using the three ... link to report a post seems to work in most cases, providing of course that one of the moderators is present somewhere in the ether! I think you were there before me but the order of our posts seems to have been reversed! Spooky!
I don't know if its the best, just that it seems to get results most of the time.
I once wondered if some of the trusted volunteers could have some "special" powers to "suspend a post" pending a moderator review, but @Beki_EONNext wasn't convinced - so here we are!

If you search eonnext.com/tariff-search and put your post code in you’ll find the different tariffs available to you and can see the difference between DD and pay on receipt of bill.
