It can take six weeks since installation for everything to work ok and I think sometimes a bit longer. You’ve probably waited long enough.
By me mentioning @theunknowntech here you will get some assistance. If you can post some photos of your meters and IHD here then that may speed things up.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
Me too. I’ve had my smart meters for a month but my account shows ‘Looks like we’ve not got any actual meter readings for this meter yet’ for both my gas and electricity meters.
What day of the month should EON Next take the over-the-air readings? Is it synchronised with, or related to, the date my direct debit payment is taken?
I'll be able to advise further if you could post photos for me. :)
Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...

@theunknowntech, thanks. See my attached photos. The SW, WAN, HAN and GAS LEDs on the communications unit all flash green together briefly approximately once every 4 seconds. The MESH LED remains unlit. My IHD is working and showing both electricity and gas usage. My EON Next account page lists the ids of the new meters but both show ‘Looks like we’ve not got any actual meter readings for this meter yet’.
As with AndrewL's post, the SW, WAN, HAN, and GAS (but not MESH) lights on the unit above the electricity meter all flash together every 5 seconds or so, the IHD shows usage from both meters, the new meters are listed on my E.ON NEXT online account, but neither meter has ever reported back to E.ON...
