Smart meters not sending readings

    Hi there,

    Hoping someone can help.
    I had both gas and smart meters installed April 2022 and neither have yet to send meter readings to EonNext.

    I've attached photos of my meters.
    I'm not having any issues with the connection to my IHD.

    Thanks in advance for any assistance you can give.

    Ah ha. I suspect a read schedule bug. @PeterT_EONNext is a master at fixing these! He can also try to grab a manual reading via SMETS Commands and submit it to your account for you. Hang in there for a bit!

    Hi @leesu Thanks for the pictures of your meters, it does help!

    I've had a look and it looks like when the meters were installed, there seems to have been a bit of an issue with them getting set up within our system - I've let our Smart Team know so they can carry out this process again and your Smart Meter readings should start coming through to us within the next month or two (sorry about the time frame, they are a little behind catching up with some queries)

    I can see that you've been manually providing your readings which is great! Please continue to do this and we should be connected up to the meter normally soon.
