We have moved into a property with the following meters (photo attached).
We don't seem to have an in-home display with it so it's not much use to us. The main value has been automatic meter readings, but even that has stopped working in recent months.
What are my options with this system? I definitely would like smart capability to help manage our electricity usage.
Hello @dazzlr ๐
Hannah here, I have had a look into this and it seems that we have lost connection with the meter and unable to regain from my end ๐ฃ
But not to worry, I have sent this off to our metering team ๐. I will let you know once I get a reply (theres a back-log at the moment).
But hopefully we will get that meter up and running for you! I will drop you a PM once we can sort something out.

That's a SMETS1 Landis+Gyr E470 by the looks of things, with a Trilliant SEAP-2001-V Comms Hub.
It looks like there's a fault with the HAN though, so it's impossible to pair a new IHD right now even if you could get one. I'll see if I can get @PeterT_EONNext on the case.
Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...

I have the exact same setup with the same HAN issue, and no IHD when we moved in I think. But it does automatically submit electricity readings. However, the gas meter doesn't submit any readings.
Would be great if @PeterT_EONNext can help as you suggest.
There are 2 issues really, one is that of course auto readings are not being either sent or received, but am content to submit manual readings for the time being.
The other and more important issue for us, is that we have no in-home display, so we are not benefitting from the smart monitoring that we could really use right now (considering current rising fuel prices).
For that type of Comms Hub, my understanding is that a HAN LED flashing red is bad. That's all I know because Trilliant refuses to tell me anything else
