After moving back to EON from another supplier last August, our SMART meters have never sent in readings and I'm having to send them all manually. We were with Octopus for 2 years and had no issues. The meters were originally fitted by EON, which they denied until I sent them the original fitting email, but they have said that's irrelevant. Our IHD has now also stopped working, so we can no long monitor our expenditure. Again EON have said there's nothing they can do and I've been advised to look about for some apps but was told they didn't think there was one for gas. Any idea how i can get this sorted? Do think given the current climate the energy companies should be trying to help their customers monitor their usage?
I'm a dab hand with diagnostics, but I could do with seeing photos of everything please. Once I have those, I can try to advise.
