Requesting a new smart meter

Hi i would like to have a new smart meter so I can find out what I’m using within electricity and gas usage. I know that I got a smart reader but it’s by British Gas themselves so I was wondering if it’s still usable for eon or needing a new one as i havent got an eon smart reader.

With the tariff it says cslselec and cslsgas

Thanks! It's as I suspected. That particular IHD is unlikely to continue working properly anymore I'm afraid. I've got some options I can recommend at https://community.eonnext.com/thread...ve-IHD-options but there's no way for E.On Next to get you one for free as you have SMETS1 meters.
