Good morning,
I understand meter readings have not been received from my property since 5th May 2022.
The meter appears to be communicating satisfactorily with the IHD. I have carried out recommended tests on the IHD and readings would appear to be steady. I would therefore suggest the problem is the actual meter is not transmitting data to yourselves. I am unable to read the meter in order to submit a reading.
Please would you advise.

As it sounds like you might not be able to get to the meter, I'll ask @PeterT_EONNext to try some remote tricks in case they help. Given the IHD is working and a WAN connection is required to commission basically anything, I'm ruling out quite a few problems already.
I've sent some updates to your meter which should hopefully get things working again, assuming the communications hub connected to your meter is working as it should.
Are you able to confirm if you can see a light with the word WAN above/below it? And if so, is this flashing intermittently (every 5 seconds or so)

I've spoken to our Smart Team who say that they're aware of the issue and are working to resume the meter readings being sent to us automatically as soon as possible. In the meantime, please provide manual readings from the meter. If you're unsure how to do this, I can provide you with instructions for your meter so that you can take these.

The whole idea of having a smart meter installed was because of physical problems experienced when getting a manual reading from our meter, the cabinet for which is situated outside. I hope your Smart Team soon remedy the issue as from a customer's point of view the situation is not exactly siatisfactory.
