For the last 4 months I have not had a gas bill from EON. My gas meter is stuck in a test loop for an Air Test Valve since installation and will not allow me to get a reading.
Eon have not been helpful at all at getting an engineer out to check the meter.
I am worried that I do not know how much gas I have used during this period but Eon keep asking me for readings.
Does anyone out there know how to get the meter out of this loop?
Can you post a photo of your gas meter and your electric meter/comms hub please, hopefully @theunknowntech will be around later to have a look and advise.
There's nothing I can do I'm afraid, this requires an engineer visit to repair.

Hi @Alpinist I am sorry to hear this, so has the engineer during the installation left the meter in this state? I will need a picture of it if possible. Can you reach it for one photo ?
Have you tried the "back button" (to the left of the "OK button") to get to a normal screen. It looks like you're in a menu that is not for user use.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
@Alpinist thank you for the pictures. I am aware that when this message comes through, it is because the meter was installed but actually not enrolled and commissioned to the DCC. We will need to book an appointment with an engineer to get this sorted.
