New build in late 2018 annoyingly had SMETS1 meters (and an accompanying IHD) installed by British Gas, which subsequently became dumb meters about three weeks after we moved in when I changed supplier.
Have recently plugged in the IHD to see if I can track energy usage, but it's only connecting to the electricity meter - can't see the gas meter at all. And while it connects to the electricity meter, there are no tariff details so essentially all I can see is energy usage in kWh.
Also, cannot send meter readings automatically as was told previously by EON Next that the meter wasn't part of the DCC yet.
Any suggestions on how to get the gas meter connected? And how do I find out when my meters connect to the DCC and go back to being smart again?
