I cannot get my smart meter to send data to either of IHD's that I have.
I've tried every trick in the book, all of the recommendations on EON's website. Still not working.
Really annoying as I like to keep a eye on usage.
My Evie which I bought hoping that it would fix this issue has exactly the same problem as my SMETS2 Chameleon. "Waiting for current data" is the error message.
worth noting this seems to only happened when I just updated my tariff on EONnext
I'm all out of ideas now, so here I am with my hat in my hand.
Does anyone else have any ideas on how to fix this?

Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
I can try to help, but I'll need to see photos of everything first so that I know what you've got. Could you post some for me please?

Ok, my initial diagnostics suggest a possible Comms Hub fault based on these images so far. On the Comms Hub, there's five green lights marked SW, WAN, MESH, HAN and GAS. Can you tell me what they're doing please?

Let me see if I can get @Claudia_ivieBud to stop by. She works for Chameleon Technology (the company behind the ivie Bud) and might be able to help diagnose part of the problem. If we can get the ivie Bud up and running between us, then you have a chance of getting that IHD3 going as well.
