Everyone should come over with paperless billing as standard with E.ON Next, so I apologise this wasn't the case!
I have gone on and changed the preferences for you so this should start to send you emails when your next bill is due. 😊 -

I recently received a paper bill so certainly some accounts transferred set to paper copies. But many thanks for switching the account now.

It should be as simple a matter as adding an extra option in Communication Preferences. I.e turn on or turn off paper billing.Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
