How do I update my energy tarrif in SmartView2 home display?

I got a new energy tarrif last week and my SmartView2 is still showing the old prices.
How do I update the prices so I have a real estimate of my bill? -

I have left my SmartView2 on continuously since my previous message. The prices have still not updated and I have receive no instructions for what I need to do to update the prices to match my current contract.
Or does that mean I am actually being charged at the old unit rates displayed on my display? -

Bear with me, I'll @PeterT_EONNext to fix that for you. You're actually being billed based on the tariff rates in your account. Those shown on the meter are just for guidance.Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...

Sorry about the tariff info! they don't always update right away (I won't lie to you, they sometimes don't update at all without manual intervention, we're working on that though, I promise!)
I've sent an update out and they should update for you overnight, so check tomorrow and this should be correct.
