It looks like the communications with your electricity meter are up and running, as I've managed to take a reading from your electricity meter for 27th September.
Is the information still not showing on your in home display?
hi @PeterT_EONNext thanks for the reply. So I on purpose didn’t submit a manual read on 27th so I could see it on the meter history. And yes both my gas and electric seems to be reporting to you now. My IHD always worked (for both meters). The issue now is that the eon nest app still shows no usage history for electric (only has). Ivie also cannot gather electric data from you (only gas). Ivie have said only my supplier can fix this. I have asked them to try and pull my data again and they said same problem, they can’t pull the data from you.
so I have paid for an ivie bud and all I can see if real time live data. I don’t get any history which ivie pulls from the supplier.

the eon app shows zero usage for every month for electric. I have never seen any electric usage. It shows has fine.
other intergrations like ivie and loop which get the info direct from you or DCC etc for daily usage is same problem. Nothing for electric and gas is fine.
I’m not particularly tech minded but have you tried downloading the Hildebrand Bright App? I found it easy to download and get up and running. It shows historical gas and electric usage down to half-hourly intervals right back to a year ago.
Even if it doesn’t work for you it might give a bit more info to help solve your problem.

Thanks for the tip but I have tried them all. Ivie, bright, SmartThings, eon next, loop, none of them work for my electric stats, only gas. So there is defo something wrong with my electric info coming from the central database (if that’s eon or DCC)

the information for you in home display comes from the meters themselves via the comms hub. Information about consumption goes to your supplier via the DCC, and tariff data the reverse, from supplier to meter.
The comms hub probably needs a reboot.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
@PeterT_EONNext Hello Peter, maybe you can help. I've called, tweeted, inboxed, called again and again and I'm still with a partially working in home display.
I can see the usage for gas but my electricity has never displayed. Additionally, since I've moved to the standard tariff my display is showing the old tariff for gas which is significantly cheaper.
This situation has been ongoing for over a year and with the increased cost of energy we're trying to keep on top of the usage.
