Trying this approach for the 1st time to see if I have more success resolving my smart meter issue:
Smart meter was installed in Jan 2022, no remote meter reading nor IHD from start
7 months later with repeated calls, emails, complaints to CEO (least the email) and cancelled engineer appointments, finally got an engineer out to look at it and as a result received my 1st reading on the display and non estimated bill on the 17th August - I then went on holiday for a week and return saw my display cannot connect to smart meter
Tried to pair again with meter and noticed no lights showing on comms hub
so it looks like hub is down - any advice how to resolve?
Hmm... Dead comms hub huh? Does it not flash at all? If that's the case, @Beki_EONNext I might need your magic again. :)

Definitely try to reset the IHD, however it does look like we are not getting meter readings either. Do you know if you had a thunderstorm or similar in the area whilst you were away?
I will pop this to the smart team to investigate and see what they say to do.
Hold on a second... That Comms Hub doesn't appear to be connected to anything! It seems some joker just bolted the thing to the wall and left it there, so no wonder it's not working. :(
