Hi @shawnw I'm sorry to hear that there is an issue with your prepayment meter, our telephone lines are closed at weekend but we're available 24/7 via any of our WhatsApp so you'll never be left with no one to contact if you're off supply.
Have you been able to sort this out? if not you can collect a new key from any of your local newsagents to get you up and running again you don't need the old tenants keys you'll need a new one that's register in your meter now you're the owner. I hope you have been able to sort this out and your daughter has a fab birthday if not please get in touch 🙂

@shawnw I'm so sorry to hear that you've not got this sorted yet, if you get a new key you pop it in your meter to register it and then pop to the shop to top up, if you've not got this sorted yet please send me a DM and we'll go from there 🙂
still not resolved as the only place I found who stock keys doesn't have a eon one and requires a 8 digit activation code before he can give one out... would you be able to help. feel free to dm me
