I’ve searched through a couple of other posts here and looks like @PeterT_EONNext can kindly push through an update to configure the price.
I’ve moved into a new build property and setup my account and smart meter however there is no tariff set so I have no cost showing for my electricity. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like I have a gas smart meter so not sure why this hadn’t been installed as part of the new property so some advice on the best way I can get this ordered preferably online would be appreciated.

I've sent a tariff update to your meter and this should update over the next 24 hours.
Please can you send a picture of both of your meters, as I'd just like to check a couple of things? Also, can you check for the flashing lights on your electricity meter (should be a small hub with 4/5 lights) and just let me know which are flashing, and how often they're flashing.
Our records show that you do have a gas smart meter, but this may not have been set up. I can double check this once I have a picture of both meters though.

Hi @Foordy Thanks for providing the pictures and confirming what lights are flashing.
It looks like the tariff update is failing to go through, but the meters comms hub (the lights) are flashing as they should, so I've escalated this issue to our Smart Team. We're currently looking at around 3 weeks until we can hear back from them but I've passed all of the info over and we should be able to get communications with both of your meters up and running by the end of the month, hopefully sooner.
