Has anyone had a similar issue? Trying to contact support but still waiting to hear back.
I set up a direct debit at a new property back in August 2021, for some reason payments have stopped being collected from April 2022. The direct debit has not been cancelled and it still exists - just no payments being taken. Wanted to make sure my energy payments from the government will go through as I understand you need a direct debit.
Also, have not had a an invoice/statement since October and November 2021. Have submitted multiple meter readings over the last 6 months, but never an update. I am on a fixed tariff from August 2021 for 18 months.
Just curious as I wait to hear back...
