I tried to register for a new online account on by filling in the "Set Password" form (https://www.eonnext.com/dashboard/ac...d/set-password ), but I have not received any email despite trying 4 different email addresses. Is there a known issue with the registration process?
It's not difficult...but everything 'online' would usually need an email address these days. If you have only ever had an off-line account with paper bills, then no need for one, I suppose. You should drop an email to hi@eonnext.com with your personal and account details and ask them to add your email address to your account contact details. Once that is done, you should have no problem.
Not something I ever worried about as my details were just copied across from my previous supplier.

If you are still struggling to register pop our energy specialists a message and they will look into this for you 😊 it's usually something simple like a spelling mistake in your email address on our side or that there is no email address connected so the online portal can't locate your account.
