I know this is of no help, but I have had to manually submit both gas and electricity meter readings since they were installed. Not that I mind doing it but I thought the idea was to remove the need for customers to do that?
Other than two nice new boxes, one even has decorative flashing lights, what's their point? I see no advantages whatsoever. Maybe a flashy in home display which languishes in a drawer!
I'm sorry that your meter readings weren't being sent to us automatically.
I've had a look and can see the gas reads were coming through fine. Your electricity meter settings on your account fell off of your monthly schedule (where we automatically ask the meter to send the readings) I've taken a reading today and everything other than this setting was fine, so I've set this back on.
Going forwards, on the 22nd of each month, we'll now take both readings from both meters to use in your bill.

I'm sorry if you've been experiencing the same issue. I can see you've been manually submitting your readings, however, your Smart Meters do appear to also be sending us your readings on the 20th of each month, are you able to see this on your online account at all?
