I have had an email from Eon about a Prize Draw, but can't find anything about a Prize Draw on the Eon website. It asks me to follow a link, but I don't follow links sent on unsolicited mails and always go to a trusted website and follow direct links from there. I need to know if this is a scam. Here is the first part of the text.
"Thanks to your feedback, we’ve simplified participation to the E.ON Next prize draw. If you choose to enter this month’s draw, you’ll be automatically entered into the prize draws for the following months without taking additional action (see updated T&Cs below)."
Just to let you know, I've flagged this to @HannahD_EONNext and @Beki_EONNext as needing an official response. Please bear with me as it takes a while to wake them up and get them to stop by, but I'll keep trying until the end of the week.

How do you apply to receive the prize draw emails? Are prize draws open to all customers? My sister receives email about them but I have don’t? Is it only certain customers?

I have received the same email, I now remember receiving one last month as well. As far as I'm concerned it's definitely genuine and not a scam, one of the Community Co-ordinators will no doubt confirm this in due course.
