I have been getting calls from 01443544990 regarding fitting a smart meter. They know quite a lot about me and my accounts but not that I already have a smart meter. Are these spam calls?

I have an answer phone. If a number comes up that is not recognised I let the call go to the answer phone. If no message left I use the above website and block if necessary.Last edited by WizzyWigg; 12-01-24 at 18:50. Reason: Extra information

I haven't come across this number before digger I will see what I can find out for you.
If you or anyone else is concerned about scam calls or bogus door step callers, you can add a password to your account. Once a password is in place anyone from E.ON Next who contacts you will be able to confirm the password with you before you continue the call/visit. If this is something you would like to do then you can contact us and one of our energy specialists will be able to set this up for you 😊
