After Igloo went under I was transferred to Eon Next. At the time my account was approx £800 in credit which I tried without success to get refunded. Since being with Eon an overestimation on their part has resulted in an overpayment of over £2000. I have sent readings, photos of meters and had numerous calls and emails confirming overpayment. However, the finance department have rejected my claim and are asking again for photos and last readings from Igloo. I have written to CEO to no avail and will start with Ombudsman but this is a lot of hassle for a 75 year old. I could stop my direct debit but do not want to risk affecting by credit rating. Has anyone any ideas on how to actually get through to this company and force them to return my money.
I have had a look at your account and we only have photos of the gas meter. Can you email me a photo of your electric meter, and your gas meter from today, as well as your last bill from Igloo to community@eonnext.com so I can attach these to your account and hopefully get your refund on the way.
As I understand things, @Beki_EONNext should be back later this week. I'll ask her to stop by.
Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...
