My gas isn’t showing on my IHD, this has only happened in the last few days as I’ve noticed my daily amount in £ has dropped a lot on the display.
I’ve got a feeling the smart meter itself may have gone into ‘dumb’ mode. As my manual reading for last month was a day before a ‘smart meter reading’ and in that day there was 4.6 units used, then in the next 12 days (another smart read) apparently I used only 4 units.
I can try to help with diagnostics if you'd like me to. But I could do with seeing photos of both the electric and gas meter, and your IHD if possible. I can't access your account, so those photos are incredibly helpful to me.
