Things may well be improving fingers crossed with better control on Spam and possible Bot activity.
However I would like to see more admin activity on the group Help and Support.
The idea that customers can help each other is fundamentally challenged and the worst thing that can happen is slow responses by admin to advise and help customers.
So progress so far but it needs a bit more of a foot on the accelerator to my mind.
It is a bit. Silverfox was very active in the early days and I chatted with him quite a lot. He's since left the community and his account has basically become dormant as a result.

We now have a Questions to Answer box on the home page that is constantly displaying old unanswered threads that won’t go away until they are answered.
I answered a few with the same short question to get rid of them but more keep appearing so I gave up in the end. Hopefully something will be put in place to stop threads older than a month old from being displayed.
