Smart meter has stopped sending readings since May. IHD working fine. Nothing has changed since meter fitted by Eon apart from being moved to Eon Next. Please help
The first thing that I would do is read the meter myself and enter the readings online, at least you'll get bills then and know where you are with your account.
It would be helpful if you can post photos of your smart meter and the comms hub. Also, which lights are flashing on the comms hub and how often? Normally they should flash about every 5 seconds.
Once you've posted @theunknowntech should be able to help diagnose the problem if available.

apologies for the delay, can I ask if posting photos of my meter will resolve the issue on this or would it just be better to phone eon next for them to resolve it?
Posting photos will almost certainly help towards a resolution. It'll be easier if you keep at it here on the forum as you'll be able to go at your own pace. :)
I ask because if it’s a signal issue then wouldn’t customer services need to try and ‘kick start’ the meter into sending again? is there any confidential information on the smart meters that could be used to identify personal details? Apologies if I sound cautious.
No worries. Nothing on the meters themselves can be used to identify you. However, if I did spot something that could, I've got ways of fixing it as well.
I can help with diagnostics and can sometimes save you a call. The very least you get from me is a better understanding of what's happening. :)
